The Polands also collected a spectacular group of Italian masters during the Sixties. Lazzaro Donati of Florence was a favorite and many examples are featured including the monumental 1961 oil, La Nascita di Venere ($2,000/4,000 ). Another surprise may be the pair of pen and ink drawings attributed to Oscar Kokoschka (Austrian, 1886-1981) at ($3,000/$5,000). Other works include a  fine equestrian oil by Gen Paul ($4,000/$6,000) and watercolors by Mane-Katz, Noyer and Ouida.
